The Haman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with six member companies, donated KRW 20 million on the 30th of last month to support low-income residents in the region.

At the donation ceremony, Chairman Park Gye-chul of the Haman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and representatives from the member companies were in attendance. The donated funds will be delivered to those in need through the “Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign,” jointly organized by the Gyeongnam Community Chest of Korea and Haman County.

Chairman Park expressed his hope that the donation would provide meaningful assistance to underprivileged residents, especially those facing greater hardship due to COVID-19 this year. He also pledged continued participation in charitable activities to support low-income communities.

Meanwhile, the six member companies that participated in the donation include Sungshin RST Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Gye-chul), KOVA Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jong-hee), Oksan IMT Co., Ltd. (CEO Cho Dong-won), Gwangil Rice Industry Co., Ltd. (CEO Jung Byung-ok), Bokyung Co., Ltd. (CEO Bae Sang-gon), and Kwangshin Machinery Co., Ltd. (CEO Kwon Hwan-joo).
